Marc Dosik
Broker

Marc has a degree in business management/marketing from the University of Maryland and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1998. 

Marc has been an entrepreneur since before high school.  He has been involved in all sorts of ventures, from creating a successful restaurant concept to selling large assisted living properties.  Marc is involved with many real estate investments and understands how to maximize opportunity. 

Marc grew up in the DC area and has lived all over the metropolitan area.  He understands the area well and is a strong advocate for all his clients. 

Marc believes that customers will stay with you for life if you make them feel comfortable.  They will call upon you at any time with a question, and not just when they want to sell or buy real estate. 

Marc has extensive experience with short sales, investments, and foreclosures.  He almost always answers his phone if possible or returns calls within a few hours.  Marc enjoys people, enjoys putting a deal together, and puts his clients’ interests first. 

At the end of the day, and at the end of the deal, Marc’s goal is for his client to say, “I sure am glad we had Marc."

Judy Kim

With a degree in Business Administration from University of Texas at Austin, a finance major, Judy's 15 years of diversified background in business development, sales and marketing, and Internet branding for Fortune 500 companies has led her to a career of helping individuals achieve their ultimate goal of homeownership. 

Whether it’s a first home or a dream home, Judy has been helping residents of DC, VA and MD purchase homes both as a mortgage loan officer and a real estate agent for the past 4 years. 

There are greater challenges to being homeowners in the greater Metropolitan DC area, and for buyers and sellers, her think-out-of-the-box strategies will ensure superior service to each individual’s needs and expectations.

Sean is a life-long resident of Maryland, now living in Howard County.

He graduated from UMBC in 2000 and has been working in the financial service industry ever since. 

Sean specializes in working with first-time homebuyers and others who have unique financial situations.    He brings to his work a strong willingness to help people.

Christine Webb
Marketing Manager

After completing a Masters degree, Christine Webb spent one year as a pre-school Montessori teacher. 

Next she joined the firm of Coopers & Lybrand as a research associate in the Consulting Division.  This position gave her entrance into the computer technology field.  By learning on the job, Christine became a systems analyst and spent a decade designing database systems for the Bureau of Labor Statistics in the U.S. Department of Labor. 

More recent work included two years with PNC Mortgage, and accounting services with two other firms in Columbia, Maryland.  Christine brings to her work a strong technical background coupled with a commitment to customer service for each and every client.
